It was more of a ranch than a farm, with a bunch of apple trees and every morning I'd wake up and there was this little white pad of paper with scribbled chores that we could barely read. We were never bored. Bored is lack of imagination and especially growing up on this ranch, we had no connectivity. We had no internet. It was just us in our imagination and dirt and rocks and seedlings."
